Seeking Bilingual Deportation Defense Attorney, Contract with 2+ years of experience representing individuals in immigration detention and before the immigration court and in each of the following services: (1) Bond hearings; (2) Asylum, (3) U-visas, (4) Green Cards Adjustment of Status, (5) Consular Processing, (6) and Motions to reopen, to suppress, to reconsider and to terminate. Fluency in Spanish is required. Ability to learn and adapt to firm policies and procedures is a must. Able to work with clients, represent them in court, and fight for their rights. Detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done the first time. Start Date: March, 2018
