Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense) The candidate will be responsible for litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical records summaries, and some legal research. Experience with billable hours is a strong plus. Must have 3+ years of substantive litigation experience. Should have E-filing experience in state and federal courts. Litigation paralegal will exercise excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills is essential. Must have ability to work independently with minimal direction. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Netdocs or another document management system. Paralegal certificate is required.
