Plaintiff Property Attorney Candidate will manage a significant case load, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must have: 3+ year s civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff side). Experience with either State Attorney and Public Defender Office is a plus. Extensive experience taking and defending depositions. Strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills. Knowledge and experience in first party property claims and litigation. Skilled in evaluating cases. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-Starter and Goal oriented. Motivated and assertive. Proactive and results oriented. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency. Must be a team player, personable. Must be technologically savvy, very comfortable using process management systems and fully and effectively utilizes available technology and automation.
