Paralegal The candidate will join a personal injury/workers' compensation law firm. Will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. The candidate must have 3.5+ years of experience. Should be familiar with electronic filing, scheduling depositions, drafting of discovery motions, PIP applications completion, file opening with initial contact with defendants/insurance companies, medical record requests and summary. Prior experience as a paralegal or other legal field is required. Familiarity with legal research is needed.
