Patent Prosecution Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing of U.S. patent applications and PCT applications. Preparing and filing of responses in U.S. and PCT patent applications. Preparing templates and formal documents. Reviewing and preparing communications with foreign patent counsel. Communicating and coordinating with docketing team, and, on occasion or as needed, assisting with docketing. Sending of client invoices. Reviewing and managing vendor bills. Communicating and interfacing with clients. Should have familiarity with USPTO procedures and the USPTOs Electronic Filing System (EFS) and Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS). Should have experience with docketing of U.S. and non-U.S. patent deadlines. Should have experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Should have experience with one of more of the following: FoundationIP docketing interface and PCT-SAFE. Bachelors degree is preferred.
