Immigration Attorney The candidate will work on a range of immigration cases from removal/deportation defense, federal court litigation, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, waivers, asylum, and naturalization. Must demonstrate strong initiative, ability to handle a high volume and diverse caseload, excellent writing and communication skills, and superb attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be admitted to practice law in any state, but preferably NY and/or NJ. Must 3+ years of immigration experience.
