Contract Attorney Employment Law The candidate will be responsible for: drafting demand letters and complaints, as well as answering complaints; Propounding and responding to written discovery; Taking and defending depositions; Prep the docs for and attend arbitrations, mediations, and trial; Prepare or respond to motions and argue them. Should have 3+ years of experience in Employment Law, including the use of PAGA. Note: This is a fixed term contract position.
