Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will work for the Plaintiff property insurance law firm. Will regular communication with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel and court personnel. Schedule appointments to meet with clients to assist them in responding to any and all Discovery requests. Respond to Interrogatories, Request for Production and Request for Admissions. E-file documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing portal. Responsibilities assigned as needed. Should have 1-3 years of litigation experience in property insurance claims and/or PIP. Spanish required.
