Attorney Recruiting, Training and Development Assistant The candidate will be responsible for the support of attorney recruiting, training and development, with a focus on recruiting and professional development. Will maintain ViDesktop applicant records. Prepare materials for interviewers and candidates. Schedule interviews with candidates. Greet and escort candidates. Collect/process new hire paperwork. Facilitate Summer Associate reviews. Assist with 1L and 3L recruiting efforts. Assist with on campus presentations/panels/receptions. Assist with NALP travel expenses for candidates and shared billing from other firms. Assist with the coordination of department and committee meetings and local training and development programs. Assist with Diversity and Women s Leadership Initiative. Assist with Associates Committee initiatives. Facilitate Mentoring Program. Assist with practice group morale events. Provide logistical support for Associate Review process. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding. Create Survey Monkey and event invitations. Prepare and send email correspondence to internal and external clients. Independently liaise with firm departments and outside venues/vendors. Process the team s expenses and invoices. Communicate and collaborate with other offices on program and event scheduling, handouts, logistical and technical meeting support. Prepare reports for various functions. Assist with sponsorships and promotional materials. Administrative duties such as calendaring, preparing meeting materials, filing, creating nametags, scanning, copying and shipments. Assist department on other duties as necessary. A Bachelor s degree is required. Technical experience should include MS Word and Excel.
