Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will represent clients through each phase of the legal process. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Manage support staff members. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). Must have 3-5 years of personal injury experience. Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills. Must be comfortable in making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must have effective problem solving and consultation skills to resolve potential client concerns or questions. General understanding of auto accidents, slip & falls, and workers' compensation claims is required. Must be an Active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
