Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting the attorney in all phases of the litigation for personal injury, vehicle/boat accidents and medical malpractice cases. Some of those tasks will be requesting needed documents for discovery, preparing drafts for filing, maintaining client file, keeping attorney schedule and assisting in preparation for a demand or for trial. The position will require contact with clients, other firms, experts, medical facilities and court reporters. Must have 2+ years experience as a litigation paralegal. College degree is desired. Must have proficient skills with Microsoft Word, OutLook, E-filing and Dropbox. Excel knowledge is a plus. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have professional phone demeanor. Good organizational skills are a must.
