Attorney The candidate will be assigned a variety of immigration cases involving immigration removal defense including asylum, applications for waivers under the immigration law, and requests for release on bond. Work will include preparation of briefs, memorandum, appeals, research, etc. Have 1+ year relevant/ attorney experience is preferred. Active member of the Texas State Bar is preferred.
