Paralegal Duties: As a key member of the practice, will be to provide support to the managing partner. Will prepare complaints and related documents, a variety of court forms, and other administrative tasks. Will also be in charge of processing the incoming and outgoing mail, preparing services and court filings in all counties of California, and will interface with the courts and attorney services as needed.
Qualifications: A paralegal certificate and prior experience as a legal secretary with corresponding references. Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize and multitask, proficient in Word Perfect and/or Microsoft Office Suite, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
