Attorney - Litigation Candidates primary practice is largely residential foreclosure litigation. Must have: Law Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. 3+ years civil litigation and non-jury trial experience. Foreclosure and/or civil trial experience a plus. Appellate experience a plus. Excellent organizational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, WordPerfect, etc. Able to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. Strong ability to perform research and effectively communicate the results. Analyze both federal and state laws and regulations. Can work within defined processes and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
