Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist on court appearances, organize and analyze case information, law and motion drafting, meeting clients, taking and defending depositions, including experts, and all phases of trial preparation. Should have 2 years of experience. Prior insurance defense experience is required. An active member of the California State Bar in good standing is preferred. Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced work environment is plus. Have excellent analytical, writing and research skills desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus.
