Title : Immigration Associate Attorney

The candidate duties include : Represent clients in Immigration Courts (detained and non-detained) with asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, or any other applicable relief; Represent client before USCIS and ICE; Represent minors in probate court or family court to obtain predicate orders supporting SIJS; must be willing to travel to detention centers anywhere in the country; must have a strong interest in developing his or her litigation skills; have strong case management ability, legal research and legal writing skills; demonstrate the ability and willingness to zealously pursue new and untested legal theories; Conduct client intake and consultations; Conduct community outreach by attending events and participating in workshops; Ability to speak, read, and write fluent in Spanish is required. Who have taken immigration law classes or have practiced immigration law are preferred.
