Bankruptcy Attorney Responsibilities: Preparation of Bankruptcy pleadings, including preparation of Proof of Claims, Objections to Plan, Notice of Payment Changes, etc. Handle Bankruptcy Litigation including but not limited to: Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Plan reviews, Motions to Determine Secured Status, Motions to Value, Motions to Deem Current. Stay current on all applicable Bankrutpcy rules to ensure firm and client compliance. Represent the clients and servicers at trials, hearings and conferences Negotiate settlements, loan workouts and attend Bankruptcy Mortgage Modifcation Mediations. Qualifications: Admisson to Florida Bar and Federal Districts. Aggressive, results oriented, knowledge of Chapter 7, 11, & 13 bankruptcy cases. Admission to the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of the Federal District Court of Florida is highly desirable. 1+ year experience.
