Zoning and Land Use Attorney The candidate should have in-depth, broad-based experience in advising clients and drafting documents relating to land use, zoning and real estate development in the DMV, particularly in the Northern Virginia market. Should have a portable book of business, which should grow with the firms investment in marketing. Should have significant experience in regulatory and administrative approval procedures and policies as well as advising clients regarding zoning and other development disputes. Active Virginia Bar membership is required; being barred in Maryland and/or the District of Columbia is a plus. Must have deep knowledgeable in land use zoning and real estate development matters.
