Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal and Calendar The candidate will draft pleadings and respond to discovery demands in addition to the calendar duties. Bi-lingual and knowledge of Lex PI a plus. Must be dilligent, detail oriented and able to multitask. Should have 2+ years of experience. Must be able to organize, handle firm's calendar. Must be familiar with the NYS court system, efiling, unified court system and e-law.
