Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of immigration/civil litigation experience in high volume practice. Will require the ability to manage a substantial caseload and work independently in a friendly environment. The ideal candidate will represent clients in immigration court and USCIS. EOIR experience is highly desirable, but are willing to train those with substantial trial experience. Candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills to find solutions for complicated immigration cases.
