Real Estate Land Use and Environmental Attorney The candidate should preferably have 3+ years of experience representing a range of clients in one or more of the following areas: preparation and presentation of land use and environmental permit applications to local, state, and federal administrative agencies; ability to work with teams of professional consultants; ability to handle administrative appeals and real estate-related litigation, mainly in Connecticut courts; and experience in the appellate court process and brief writing. Associates, counsel, and partner candidates are encouraged to apply. Admission to Connecticut Bar is required. Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a desire to develop practice through creative and innovative marketing initiatives.
