Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate provides paralegal services to attorneys and acts as a liaison between the attorney and the case files throughout all stages of litigation including pre-suit, investigation and case development, mediation, arbitration and trial; handles arbitration demands, consolidations and final hearing preparation and management; responsible for managing the workflow of caseload to ensure that statutory, court and arbitration deadlines are met; coordinates and manages bulk multi-party mediations, from scheduling through the execution of settlement agreements and payments; communicates with insurance adjuster and insurer representatives, providing requested documents and confirming coverage details; ability to problem-solve, create and implement best practices for workflow of team; coordinates trial or hearing logistics; works with litigation support specialists and attorneys on electronic productions; and performs other tasks as assigned. A Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Litigation, and 3+ years of Florida litigation experience required. Construction litigation experience a plus. Experience in Blue-Booking/Cite-Checking, Relativity and Case Map a plus.
