Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be filing and serving pleadings, disclosures, and discovery; managing calendar and deadlines; reviewing, organizing, bates-labelling and summarizing documents; drafting correspondence; and preparing exhibits and materials for depositions, hearings, and trial. Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus.
