Lateral Attorney - Corporate Duties: Drafting and negotiating merger and acquisition agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements and other commercial contracts. Advising and assisting clients with legal entity formation. Securities law compliance matters. Managing due diligence and coordination of deal closings. Qualifications: 3+ years experience in corporate/business and transactional matters. Commercial lending experience (borrower and bank side). Experience with commercial real estate leasing and acquisitions, municipal bond financings and/or trusts and estates work is a plus.
