Immigration Counsel Attorney Writer The candidate will draft legal memoranda, motions and pleadings for RFE (request for Evidence) and other immigration proceedings of the firm. Should have a J.D. degree and membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law. Experience with business immigration cases is required. Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs are needed. Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills are essential. Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management. Should have outstanding academic credentials.
