Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be working as a full-time title insurance escrow/closer or real estate paralegal. The candidate must have significant experience with either commercial closings or residential and single family closings with knowledge of how to prepare a HUD-1 WITH GFE. MS Word experience is also critical. Bachelor's preferred. At least 9 years of real estate paralegal experience and 6 years of title insurance closing agent preferred. Will under go an extensive background check and basic skills tests for typing, attention to detail, verbal skills & MS Word.
