Immigration Attorney, Part-time, Contract, Commission Candidate will support on immigration caseload, which has increased substantially over the past year. Will be: conducting intake for new clients; managing case files; preparing required immigration forms and applications/petitions; providing representation to clients in interviews and hearings; and more. Must be licensed in any state, have 2+ years' immigration law experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Demonstrated commitment to immigrant justice preferred.
