Experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Intake and processing of potential client inquiries with an enthusiastic, positive, and sympathetic attitude. Evaluation of prospective client's claim, explaining process, answering questions and converting potential new clients to new clients. Enter variety of data using diverse and innovative technology. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Request and follow up on medical record requests. Review and enter data updates in the systems. Review discrepancies in data received. Advise supervisor of issues related to data. Set up the case file for success. Draft letters of representation. Communicate with medical providers and working collaboratively with a medical records clerk. Manage case file and case file organization. Draft high quality demand packages Consistently follow-up with clients on case progress. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 3-5 years of Personal Injury legal experience. Knowledge of the litigation process, court rules and procedures is required. Excellent communication and Organization skills. Excellent organization, written and verbal skills; be a team player. Must be able to support multiple attorneys at once and manage deadlines in order to meet client's needs and court deadlines.
