Legal Secretary- Litigation The candidate will be responsible for: Managing attorneys' calendars, dockets and appointments; Preparing correspondence, memoranda, reports and other documents; Preparing documents for court and other legal proceedings; Preparing documents for attorney review; Entering attorneys time; Cross-training with and supporting other legal secretaries; Assisting with office management duties; and, Communicating with clients, verbally and in writing. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Prolaw, Tabs and Practice Manager preferred; and Paralegal certificate by a program approved by the American Bar Association a plus.
