Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of product liability and personal injury experience. California law license required. Prior asbestos experience is a bonus. Firm cannot consider candidates with prior asbestos defense litigation experience due to conflicts. Responsibilities include frequent client contact, developing product identification, conducting depositions and various other related assignments. Will require persistence, thoroughness, high attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, possess savvy investigative skills to gather necessary information, and be able to travel frequently.
