Family Law Attorney The candidate will handle divorce cases and other family law cases both independently and working with other attorneys. Interact with clients, draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence, discovery, Case Information Statements, etc. Represent divorce and other family law clients in court, at mediation, plenary hearings, and trial. Excellent writing skills required and 2+ years of experience practicing in divorce and family law. Family Law Clerkship preferred.
