Virtual Trademark Paralegal Responsibilities: Assist Attorneys and clients with intake, planning, and managing portfolios. Manage multiple client-facing databases containing pending and completed matters for each client. Assist with preparation, filing, and maintenance of trademark applications at the USPTO. Monitor matter deadlines. Maintain and expand ongoing relationships with clients. Organize, maintain, and update files and docket information related to clients trademark status. Copyright experience is a plus. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong research and writing skills. Strong organizational abilities. Professional attitude with strong sense of discretion. Knowledge of MS Office. Team player, love to perform trademark legal research and writing, and reliable.
