Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal Responsibilities: Work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of firm. Will be the lead with some of home builder clients.. Prepare settlement statements for residential closings Review purchase contracts to determine closing deadlines, etc. Communicate with developers regarding scheduling of upcoming land acquisition closings. Work with lenders who provide major credit facilities to our home builder clients. Update title and record necessary documents to complete closing. Balance and fund files post closing. Qualifications: Previous experience in residential real estate closings. Preferred familiarity with residential home builder closings. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
