Contract Attorney The candidate will be responsible for negotiating with creditors on behalf of each client. Each client has an average of 5 or more settlements. Must be an attorney working under contact with to pursue bankruptcy and civil litigation (typically FDCPA or UDAP claims) cases on their own, as long as the attorney practices bankruptcy and/or civil ligation. Should have 1+ years of experience: FDCPA litigation matters; Consumer Protection; Of Counsel; Bankruptcy; Debt Relief and Civil litigation.
