Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys. Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently. Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings. Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action. Must have prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs and grow client base. Must be Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association). Must have successfully passed the state bar exam. Should have a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school. Must have recently graduated law school, have excellent fact-finding and communication skills.
