Paralegal - Defense Litigation Candidate must have one of the following three: (1) certified through NALA, (2) be an FRP (Florida Registered Paralegal) through The Florida Bar or (3) have a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited Paralegal program. or 3+ years of experience as a paralegal working on defense litigation including medical malpractice and/or insurance defense with bodily injury will be considered. or must have experience billing their Paralegal time in accordance with client guidelines, meeting a billing requirement as well as experience summarizing and gathering records including medical records.
