Associate Attorney Candidate will: Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects and assignments. Communicate with clients regarding legal counseling and to provide status reports. Must have: JD Degree from an accredited law school. 1-2 years of experience. CO Bar admission required for diverse litigation practice including securities litigation and regulation, commercial and business litigation, and professional liability litigation. Strong writing and analytical skills a must. Experience with client counseling and handling depositions, dispositive motions, mediations and arbitrations is a plus. Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures.
