Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate handle court appearances in immigration court as well as other aspects of immigration law practice such as, brief writing, motion drafting, client intakes and USCIS appointments (including asylum interviews). Must be admitted to practice in NJ, NY Bar admittance is a plus. MUST have at least 1 to 2 years experience appearing in Immigration Court. This position does NOT have a bilingual requirement.
