Associate Attorney The candidate manages legal research and drafting skills. Should have 1-3 years litigation experience required (trial experience a plus). Must be a Member of Florida Bar. Extensive courtroom experience, including bench trials, hearings and mediations, and conducting post-judgment depositions are needed. Experience in scheduling and planning time to meet court calendar and litigation deadlines is needed. Spanish speaking is a plus.
