Civil and Business Litigation / Transactional Attorney The candidate should have 3 years experience in civil and business litigation. Must have demonstrated litigation experience including attending court hearings, arbitrations, discoveries, and mediations and in taking and defending depositions as well as drafting agreements and transactional documents. Should have strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel are required. Trial experience is preferred. California Bar membership required.
