Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the bankruptcy attorney. Managing bankruptcy portfolio including the setup of new referrals, updating and maintaining files, drafting and filing proofs of claims and various other pleadings. Drafting reaffirmation agreements. Reviewing bankruptcy notices and pleadings. Obtaining periodic updates of the progress of the case until resolution. Maintaining attorney and court schedules. Maintaining communication with clients. Should have Paralegal degree or equivalent experience. Two-years of bankruptcy experience is preferred.
