The Sillicon Valley office of this firm represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including: insurance defense, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, toxic torts, professional liability, products liability, environmental, and real estate litigation. The firm’s compensation package is not competitive and the firm’s attorneys face a demanding work schedule. The firm values collegiality and diversity in hiring attorneys; strong academic credentials, though helpful, are not essential.
Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. Will be conducting legal research, analysis and writing. Will be managing discovery. Must have excellent writing skills. Should have state and Federal Court experience a plus.
