Litigation (IP/Intellectual Property/Patent) Senior Paralegal Responsibilities: will include a high quality of work; exemplar organizational skills; assistance with document creating, revising and editing; motion briefing; document collections; document productions; managing discovery responses, e-discovery, depositions, and all exhibits; witness preparations; proficient in understanding certain document database software; pre-trial work ups; and attending trial. Will be working directly with the partners in preparing PowerPoint presentations for new business development; maintaining order in client files and general day-to-day non-client tasks; closely monitoring case calendars and keeping the partner and team apprised daily of necessary information. Qualifications: A college degree and/or a paralegal certificate is required. Experience with civil procedure, patent infringement cases, legal calendaring and court dockets is important. Experience in the ITC court, a plus. A good sense of time and priority management, dependability, reliability, professionalism, friendliness, and keeping lines of communication open. Client focus, composure and good judgment are essential.
