Personal Injury Attorney Candidate will step into the middle of a large caseload of PI Cases & Work Comp matters and hit the ground running. Provide sound counsel and judgment on legal questions or issues. Be able to evaluate and try cases, as needed. Take responsibility for pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations and negotiations. Must have a valid license to practice law in California -- currently in good standing with the Bar. If admitted in other states a major plus. Have 2+ years of plaintiff experience in PI and/or litigation. Be professional, courteous, and accommodating to all clients, as well as staff and co-workers. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Be able to focus on finding solutions, not laying blame for the problems. Able to perform research and legal analysis. Have an in-depth knowledge of litigation management. Have strong negotiation skills.
