Lateral Attorney for Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions The candidate will involve in working on technology transactions, including license agreements, outsourcing agreements, technology development agreements, reseller, distribution and cloud service agreements, advising clients on data security and privacy matters. Will be assisting transactional attorneys with IP due diligence, structuring and documentation in M&A and financing transactions. Should have 3+ years of relevant law firm experience. Negotiation experience and knowledge of IP and Data Privacy law are required. JD degree from a top 20 U.S. law school or class rank in the top 20 percentile highly recommended.
