Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work directly with two associate attorneys and provide litigation support to the managing partner, on all phases of insurance defense litigation cases. Answering standard and expert discovery , summarizing medical records, medical billing charts, and some generalized reporting requirements. Preparation of legal documents, correspondence, records, and requests for document production. Assist in the preparation of hearings, depositions, attorney client meetings, and pre-trial litigation support. Copying and scanning of correspondence, medical records, and other documents, as needed. Ad hoc items on an as needed basis. The candidate must be an experienced insurance defense paralegal. Must have 3-5 years of prior experience. Must be a team player, strong communicator, detail oriented, eager to grow and develop, show good judgment, and have the ability to prioritize in a fast paced and high volume work environment. Should preferably have experience with case management software and know how to do e-filing in both state and federal court.
