Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist the handling attorneys in settlement negotiation to effectively resolve pre-litigation personal injury cases. Should have 3+ years of significant PI claims negotiating experience. Former auto insurance company adjusters encouraged to apply. Excellent understanding of medical injuries and bills. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to settle 20+ claims per week. Multitasking ability is a must. The ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus.
