Nurse Paralegal The candidate will assist in all phases of caseload that includes medical malpractice (childbirth injury, brain injury, spinal cord injury), elder abuse, medical device/pharmaceutical product liability, and catastrophic personal injury. Will work on reviewing and summarizing medical records; coordination with medical experts to ensure that all necessary documents are forwarded timely for review. Interfacing with clients to help prepare discovery responses; summarizing medical depositions; attending medical expert examinations of clients; and assisting in preparation of settlement packages, mediation presentations, and trial exhibits. Prior litigation paralegal experience is helpful.
