Part-Time Estate Planning Drafting Paralegal The candidate will be organized, detail oriented, possesses excellent written and numeric skills, be a team player, have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, maintain strict confidentiality, and display a passion for delivering outstanding results and services on a consistent basis. Will handle administrative tasks when necessary. Paralegal is a Notary Public, or is willing to become one immediately (we will reimburse for this expense). Prepare asset lists analyze bank and business records. Verify title and character of assets. Identify trust and non-trust assets. Maintaining client files and preparing materials for client meetings. Meeting and communicating with clients, and other professionals. Must have 4-6 years of Estate Planning Paralegal experience, or extensive background 7-10 years as a drafting paralegal in another area of law required. Experience when calendaring, legal research, and preparation of documents in various probate, estate, trust, will and powers of attorney is needed. Should have experience preparing deeds for attorney review. Experience with electronic filing using Simplefile is essential.
