Case and Client Development Attorney The candidate will join a small community of lawyers representing injured investors in a progressive, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere. Will be responsible for working with the firm s senior partner managing the client and case development efforts. She or he will be involved in case development, including initiating and working on cases from identification through early in the litigation process. Will be monitoring and factual investigations to identify potential new cases for either existing or new clients. Drafting recommendations regarding potential cases and litigation strategies for existing institutional investor clients and drafting RFP responses for potential new institutional investor clients. Preparing media releases to announce investigations and handling incoming responses from potential new clients, whistleblowers, etc. Communicating with clients throughout the course of the litigation to ensure that they are well-informed and understand the litigation strategy. The candidate should be admitted to the Massachusetts bar. Should be creative thinker with excellent client management skills, including the ability to remain organized while multitasking on different matters.
